Is Polonius Phonius? (get it)

1.3 60-87: The dialog in my passage is between Laertes and Polonius. In this seen Polonius gives advice to his son who is going on a journey. I posed the question “In light of Polonius’s wise advice to Laertes, in what way does Polonius function as a councilor to Claudius?” those who responded to my passage believed that Polonius probably has a lot on influence on Claudius and the way he presents himself politically. We the reader are weary of Claudius, but it is still uncertain if Claudius is inherently evil and conniving, or if some of his actions are dictated by out side pressure from Polonius. We will have to wait and see!
